We are not quoting shipping methods, carriers or prices in advance, because those details depend on the fulfillment setup we finalise before launch.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates vary by destination and by product. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Where an order contains more than one item, parts of the order may be dispatched separately.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order has been fulfilled.
Our Track order page will be activated at the same time as ordering.
Duties, taxes and destinations
Taxes, duties and the list of destinations we can ship to will be confirmed as soon as it is confirmed and shown at checkout.
We are not making any claim about who pays import charges until that setup is confirmed.
