When you place an order, our store platform (Shopify) and its payment providers collect the details needed to take payment and deliver your order — such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address and payment details. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
If you send us a message through the Contact page once messaging is connected, we would collect the details you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, an optional order number and your message.
Our web hosting also processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, as part of serving pages. Your cart is stored in your own browser.
How we use information
To answer support enquiries, to process and deliver orders, to prevent fraud and misuse, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve the website.
We do not sell personal information.
