Connect an AI assistant

Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to ORVENA so it can look up our products, bundles and Journal cleaning guides while you chat.

Set up your assistant

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT’s Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there). If you don’t see it, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3Enter ORVENA as the name and paste the URL above into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connector), then click Create.
  5. 5Enable ORVENA from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. 1Open the prefilled custom connector dialog.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the prefilled form doesn’t open, go to Claude’s Connectors page, choose “Add custom connector”, name it ORVENA and paste the URL above.
  4. 4Enable the connector in the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. 1Run this in a terminal:claude mcp add --scope user --transport http orvena 'https://orvena.life/mcp'
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm ORVENA is connected.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use ORVENA.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant’s MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a new remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it ORVENA and paste the URL above.
  4. 4Complete any sign-in or authorization prompts.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask your assistant to use ORVENA.

Refresh after we update the site

Assistants remember what ORVENA could do when you first connected. After we ship new products or guides, refresh the connection.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT’s Plugins page and select ORVENA.
  2. 2Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT can’t change an existing connector’s URL — if the URL above changed, delete the connector and set it up again.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use ORVENA.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select the ORVENA connector.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector.
  3. 3Claude can’t change an existing connector’s URL — if it changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use ORVENA.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest version on connect.
  2. 2If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove orvena, then run the install command again.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use ORVENA.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant’s MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the ORVENA connection.
  3. 3Refresh, reload or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
  5. 5Start a new chat and ask your assistant to use ORVENA.
